Signal Arts SOS Fundraiser
My local arts centre, Singal Arts Bray, held a fundraiser to raise money for the upkeep of the centre. I was happy to donate 7 pieces alongside many other talented local artists, which the centre then put up for sale. All pieces donated were accepted and there are still over 150 pieces from the fundraiser on sale from various artists.
Below are 6 pieces I donated which are currently available online. I used acrylic as I often do and stuck to using unconventional painting techniques.

If you would like to purchase one of these pieces of view them more closely they are available on the Signal Arts Centre Shop Online on SignalArtsCentre.ie. Please note that the money for any pieces sold as part of the Save Our Signal Fundraiser goes to the arts centre itself (I do not get any of the money). Please be sure to check that you are entering the correct information on their website and that you check how you can get the piece after you buy it.

I was surprised to find out one of my pieces had sold within the first few hours of the fundraiser begining. The fundraiser started on Valentine’s Day and my piece Something Better was picked up by a young woman as a gift to her boyfriend. This was the first time someone had paid for a piece of my art. I love doing handdrawn characters with text. This piece was inspiration for handmade greeting cards I would later start selling.
